3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
– Candidate registration and profile (including CV upload) and employer requests: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
– Optional consent for marketing purposes: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
– Server log files and security: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Sharing with employers
Candidate profiles are shown to employers in anonymized form (ID only). Contact details and CVs are only shared with a specific employer as part of a concrete placement.
5. Processors
We use the following service providers:
– Lovable Cloud / Supabase: hosting and database
– Resend: email sending
– GoDaddy: email hosting
For providers outside the EU, transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
6. Storage period
Candidate profiles are deleted after 24 months of inactivity or immediately upon request. Employer requests are deleted after 3 years. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
7. Cookies and local storage
We only use technically necessary storage (login session) pursuant to § 25(2) TDDDG. A consent banner is therefore not required.
8. Your rights
You have the rights under Art. 15–21 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
